常驻我公司主要EPC承包商总部（青岛），向VP（project）汇报。负责协调中国承包商和项目公司关于在建项目的所有事宜。目前我公司与中国公司合作的项目主要位于摩洛哥，埃及，约旦，阿曼，迪拜等。要求良好的英文能力。
Title: - Project Manager
Reports to: - V.P. Projects, China
Based at: - Qingdao, China
Job Purpose Summary: - To manage with close coordination and detail monitoring of the Design & Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality Control, Logistic and Construction activities of the EPC contractors and major OEM vendors to ensure the power projects of the Company are ahead of schedule with top quality.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
？ Establish close coordination and professional relationship with the Owner Engineer, Chinese EPC and major Chinese OEM teams at different levels and gathering insight and awareness of issues identified for timely intervention.
？ Closely monitor and manage the project milestone, L1, L2 and L3 project schedule and maintain an oversight on the Chinese EPC and OEM contractors and sub-contractors progress schedule.
？ Check schedule progress that is reported and claimed by the EPC contractor and sub-contractors.
？ Identify delays, shortfalls and shortages (one month ahead of schedule) and provide timely advice and warning to Head Office Management Team and Project Companies for timely corrective action and intervention.
？ Keep an oversight on detailed engineering design being undertaken by foreign or Chinese design institute with any potential shortfall in inter-coordination
？ Keep an oversight on vendor selection and provide insight to the capability and selection.
？ Coordinate and participate shop testing and inspections at the EPC or its Vendors facility within China along with Head Office Management Team, Project Company and Owner Engineer Teams.
？ Coordinate logistic and dispatch shortfalls, if any during start up and commissioning and help to arrange delivery and dispatch.
？ Attend project progress review meetings and help coordinate and follow up actions.
？ Coordinate for language issues in the documents and meetings and help English to Chinese and vice versa translation for ease of understanding.
？ Support and help to expedite and follow up issues of the Project Company and Owner Engineer team.
？ Visit major OEM head office and manufacturing plants in China as and when required.
？ Accomplish other tasks allocated by management.

Project Manager Qualifications, Skills and Personality:
Qualification:-
？ 10 to 20 years of experience in power industry preferably with EPC project management experience.
？ Graduate in University or Technical Institute with major in power plant discipline.

Specific Job Skill:-
？ Working experience with multinational company.
？ Bilingual (Chinese and English) with good English language capability
？ Good technical reporting writing skills (in English) is essential.
？ Planning and scheduling skills in use of Microsoft Project and Primavera. Knowledge in Primavera will be an advantage.
？ Computer skills in use of MS Office.
