Job Description

-Manages Personnel & Training Division, ensuring compliance with all hotel policies and procedures both local and government regulations pertaining to employment practices.
-管理人力资源部,确保根据酒店政策,程序及当地政府的相关条例来办理员工录用及退工手续。
-Develops and implements recruiting and screening systems and procedures in order to attract most qualified candidates for position vacancies.
-调整执行酒店招聘程序及规定,从而可以吸引更多符合职位需求的应聘人员前来求职。
-Coordinates with requisitioning departments in the recruitment of employee following established standards, policies and procedures assists them in the orientation training, development and evaluation of their personnel.
-协调申请部门在招聘新员工时按照标准,政策及程序来协助他们做好新员工的培训,发展及评估。
-Directs supervisor of training department and ensure all its activities are in accordance to the needs of the hotel and all training program has been smoothly executed.
-指导培训部主管工作,确保所有培训都是在依照酒店需求顺利进行。
-Supervises that staff coordinates in the work plan on safety, hygiene, and harmonious.
-监督员工在安全卫生和谐的基础上工作。
-Monitors the administration of the performance appraisal program and act in advisory capacity to Department Heads of such process.
-监督员工表现评估并且向各部门经理提供相关咨询帮助。
-Maintains and updates files on employee records, legal documents, policies and procedures, and all matters which cover the employees/ hotel relationships.
-维持及更新员工记录档案,法律文件,政策和程序及所有有关员工及酒店关系的文件。
-Prepares and submits periodic reports for Management’s use in accordance with hotel and government requirements such as turnover reports, personnel inventories, accident reports, competitor admin./ benefits, etc. Develops the Personnel Department and related budgets. Checks and amends if any training activities, program policy, curriculum of the Training Department.
-准备并定期上交酒店及政府提出的报表,如人事变动报告,全体员工名单,意外事故报告,竞争者的行政/福利报表等。制定人事部相关预算。如有必要,检查并修改培训活动,人事政策,培训部课程。
-Analyzes hotel manpower requirements in order to recommend on selection and development activities to meet those requirements.
-分析酒店人力资源需求以安排相关招聘活动。
-Monitors present and future trends in the local labor situation, social legislation and make recommendations relating thereto.
-监督现行及未来本地劳动力市场和劳动法案形势,并能对此作出建议。
-Reviews personnel policies, procedures, and practices, recommends charges, modification or updating to Management. Monitors and reviews hotel’s benefits and compensation levels and recommend appropriate changes.
-回顾人事政策,程序,惯例,建议劳动力支出费用,修改或更新管理系统。监测及回顾酒店营业利润和赔偿水平,提出恰当的改革建议。
-Inspects regularly employee canteen, locker rooms lockers and other employee facilities to ensure they are well operated and maintained.
-定期地仔细检查员工食堂更衣室的柜子及其它员工设施来保证他们能被正常的使用及维护。
-Ensures and reviews all necessary documentation pertaining to Training Department and pass on to the Management for evaluation.
-确认和检查所有有关培训部的重要文件然后交给酒店管理层来评估.
-Plans and supervises in conjunction with Training Manager the yearly Training program for Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square.
-与培训经理一起计划和制定年度培训计划。
-Ensures and evaluates career planning for all levels and suggest to Management for potential internal promotion and external transfer to other hotels within the chains.
-确认和评估所有水平的职业发展计划并且向上级提议潜在的内部晋升人员及来自其它兄弟酒店调动人员。
