职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Follow company’s purchasing policy and procedures;
2. Carry out negotiate with suppliers , commercial contracts management;
3. Ensure that suppliers are capable of meeting company’s quality delivery and cost target requirements,
4. Sourcing management ,and establish local supply base;
5. Drive cost optimization via effective purchasing , supplier performance management and innovative solutions;
6. Continually review purchasing systems & procedures to ensure that supply management policies (tools, procedures, measures ) are commonly applied;
7. Suppliers annual review / evaluation , follow the suppliers’ improvement issues;
8. Monthly/annual report and data analysis if needed;
9. Other assignments from Dept. Mgr..

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above with engineering background, preferred in mechanical and electrical engineering;
2. 6+ years experiences in purchasing and sourcing management in manufacture, preferably 1 year management experience;
3. Familiar with ERP system;
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
5. Team work, result-driven , and cost control awareness;
6. Fluent in both spoken and written English;
