Job Summary: The Business
Application Support Specialist will be responsible for daily support of company
business applications for the Asia Pacific region and participation in local
and some global projects. The Business Application Support Specialist will
report to the Business Application Technology Manager.

Responsibilities:

Daily
Support on Production Applications

 
• Basic support of JD
       Edwards issues

 
• Coordination of
       project changes including user testing and documentation

 
• Support of
       production applications – DSI / Barcoding, WERCS, MESControl

Data
Conversion Support

Provide
assistance in the JD Edwards data conversion process, maintaining and
validating templates and executing some conversion scripts

Special Projects

Involvement in special projects both
regional and global

Procedures
and Training Materials

Responsible for maintaining and updating
system procedures and training materials

Qualifications:

 
• A Bachelor’s degree in Information
       Technology or similar from a four-year college or university,
       at least two years of experience, or equivalent combination of education
       and experience

 
• Knowledge or
       experience in a support environment for business applications is required

 
• English Language
       required

 
• Experience with ERP
       systems, is required

 
• Experience with JD
       Edwards is desired

 
• Strong understanding
       of MSOffice tools is desired

 
• Candidate must have
       excellent communication skills and a strong acumen for business and
       technology.

 
• Team oriented with
       collaborative working style

 
• Excellent written
       and verbal communications
