负责两个产品线的装配计划，工单操作及管理，生产数据收集分析报告、在制品管理和控制；
参与部门的管理及精益改善。


招聘要求：
25岁以上；
大学本科；
3年以上生产计划/生产调度/生产工程师，有外企经验；
英语良好，口语能基本沟通；
具有SAP或ERP操作经验。
松江本地人士优先，美资企业优先。

Assembly planner– Job Description
装配计划- 岗位描述

1. GENERAL SUMMARY:
Manage WO processing , workload & capacity , WIP, lead time etc. to ensure the master schedules . Collection data and make the weekly & monthly report of assembly performance, support assembly line manager excellence operation. Collection all production record and management it with cross function .coordinator with QA team for machine quality audit in time.
2. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
a) According MPS and SO build weekly and daily assemble schedule and controlling with assembly management team
b) Capacity and workload balance analysis and risk control proposal to manager
c) WO processing and management with assemble supervisor( manager)
d) Routing and performance reporting and analysis weekly
e) ERP process control and improvement adapted lean best practice as ERP production process owner
f) Building and improvement production report tooling and controlling
g) Administration support and cooperation with each function
h) Check and confirm all order issues & closed with MPS
i) Control the WIP accuracy
j) Arrange weekly production according to order request date, production capacity and material readiness
k) Work with production dept. and material dept. for abnormal issue to ensure on time delivery of customer order
l) Collect and compile data, prepare reports and maintain records of assembly & machine and planning functions
m) Perform other duties as assigned.
3. REQUIREMENTS:
a) Bachelors degree in mechanical manufacturing or business and 2-3 years related experience in planning or Production engineer or equivalent combination of education and experience.
b) In-depth knowledge and demonstrated abilities of understanding production capacity, material supply, WIP and Cost reduction
c) To be able to communicate and coordinate other dept. functions people to make proper production schedule for meeting customer requirement and feedback any abnormal issue to management
d) To be responsible, proactively, and team work spirit
e) Be familiar with ERP system such as SAP
f) Be familiar with word, excel and other MS office software
g) Good English skill is needed
4. MEASUREMENT:
a) Level loading for weekly production plan
b) OTIF of customer order
c) WO processing in time and accuracy
