职位描述：
Principal Accountabilities
1. Develop the product offer roadmap by category, including number of SKUs, pricing and expected support from the suppliers such as training, merchandising, promotion etc.
2. Develop the brand strategy for backbone category
3. Develop the sourcing and logistic model for each of the brands
4. Work with purchasing team to select and negotiate with the product suppliers
5. Work with suppliers to deploy the product offer to the network
6. Buy from the open market other products ( competitor tyres, etc. ) which could represent a good opportunity for the franchisees
7. Achieve the targeted business result for the specific categories
Key Qualities Required
1. Experienced in IAM business, especially in auto parts field
2. Familiar to workshop's backbone business, know what's the needs of T+ shops
3. Ability and resources to develop and implement category strategies
4. Experience of managing negotiations at senior level
5. Cooperative and team work abilities
6. Experienced in team management
Qualifications
1. University graduate in automotive, engineering, marketing or related
2. Minimum 3 years working experience in IAM auto parts business
3. Track record of auto parts category management and deployment
4, Working experience in auto parts company is a plus 举报 分享
