3. 优秀的商务拓展能力，熟悉家装及工装工作流程，有装饰工程公司店面经理管理经验，熟悉装饰、装潢、建材行业。
4. 有很强的心理承受能力，能应对较大的竞争、挑战、压力和挫折。
5. 成熟稳重，踏实肯干，适应能力、沟通能力、学习能力强。
6. 敏锐的市场洞察力，较强的事业心、责任心和积极的工作态度。
7. 掌握基本的办公软件操作。

岗位职责：
1.分店店面日常管理，搜集新客户的资料并进行沟通，开发新客户；
2.与客户进行有效沟通了解客户需求，寻找销售机会并完成分店店面销售业绩指标；
3.维护老客户的业务，挖掘客户的最大潜力；
