职位描述：
Target:
Work closely with assembly line and material planning to coordinate data analysis and process improvement activities; communicate with other STIHL locations for quality assurance of inter-company components and parts.

Responsibilities:
1. Trouble Shooting for the quality problem caused by other locations of STIHL;
2. Request, review and track 8D reports if applicable
3. Lessons learned and preventive activities in cooperation with other STIHL locations
4. Production line quality related data analysis by using statistical methods
5. Coordinate process analysis and improvement based on production data recording
6. Organize CI meeting with assembly line supervisors based on the findings which were found in the line.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree majored in engineering or science
2. Good communication skills both in Chinese and English, with advantage of German
3. At least 5 years quality engineering background in manufacturing field;
4. Metrology background. Familiar with quality analysis equipment and method in different industrial fields;
5. Familiar with quality system and quality tools, especially statistical methods
6. Six Sigma Green Belt is expected.
7. Can manage high workload, independent problem analysis ability
