职位描述：
1、负责进厂原材料的检验。
Responsible for incoming test of chemical material.
2、负责检验过程中预混料的性能检验以及成品部分的化学分析部分的检验。
Responsible for testing all mixing material and chemical test of finished brake pads
3、协助建立测试标准、程序和方法。
Assist to set up test method, standard and procedure
4、维护测试用设备和量具的质量状态。
Maintain test equipment and gage.
5、协助获得TS16949体系认证和监督审核，推动体系持续改进。
Assist to get TS16949 certificate and pass the surveillance，Promote continual improvement in lab.
7、协助执行各项质量法律法规、标准、 程序及相关的规定。
Assist to implement quality policy , standard，procedure and related regulations in lab.
8、其它必要的活动。
Other necessary activity.
9、 领导安排的其他事项
 Follow supervisor’s instruction.
1、教育/培训经历：大专或以上，化学或高分子专业。
Education/Training Experience: College or above, major is chemical or macromolecule.
2、工作经验： 1年以上实验室工作经验，有汽车整车或零部件生产行业经验者优先考虑。
Working Experience: At least one year experience in chemical lab.
working Experience in auto plant or related parts plant is preferred.
3、专业知识: 化学实验，质量检验,质量控制。
Specialty Knowledge: Chemical test, Quality inspection, quality control.
4、能力Ability:
(1) 熟练使用测量设备、量具和检具。
Be skilled in using test equipment and gage.
(2) 具有一定沟通和协调能力。
