岗位概述：
Job Description:

1、确保公司各项设备任务的良好运转
Operating and management to ensure that machineries and equipments in the status is ready to respond production needs of the whole plant.

2、节约和控制设备的运行成本
Reduce all costs relating to the operation of machineries and equipments.

3、为其他部门提供技术和方法支持，促进设备的高效运转
Combination with another departments and consulting B.O.D about technology, technical solution to increase system performance.

4、负责设备部日常管理、公司设备设施安全维护与更新，
Responsible for daily management of the equipments and facilities in factory by good maintenance updating and supervisor system to ensure various production and activity run properly.

5、负责生产设备的日常维护、保养、改造和记录，保证设备状态良好和稳定;
Guarantee the daily maintenance, improvement and records keep to make sure all equipment in good and steady status.

6、建立和完善设备信息化管理工作;
Set up and perfect the data management system file for the equipments

7、监督各生产车间贯彻设备的维修保养计划，提高设备完好率和设备利用率、降低故障率和维修费用;
Supervisor processing maintenance improvement plan, enhance the efficiency an and reduce the failure rate.

8、组织工厂重大设备事故的分析处理；
Organize analysis handling for major case of machine

9、负责工厂自制夹具、工装及挂具的制作、维修；
Responsible for some easy tools’s making and maintenance

10、支持精益生产、工艺改进，上级领导安排的其他相关工作
Support lean production and processing improvement

11、熟悉高危作业，高危设备的操作、加强安全高效生产管理，避免发生安全事故；
Familiar with some high risk operation job and guide team members to strengthen the high efficiency and safety sense to do job with “0” cases

12、完成领导临时交代的任务
Finish the temporary assignment by leaders.


任职资格：
Qualification:

1、本科学历，机械、电气或工程类专业；
4 years college degree of machining ,electricity major or engineering
2、十年以上设备维护和开发经验，四年以上部门及人员管理经验，有大、中型制造型企业相关工作经历;
More than 10 years equipments maintenance experience. Above 4 years management experience
In big company or foreigner company;
3、熟练使用设备相关设计软件；
Familiar with equipments software;
4、良好的计划，理解，判断，决策，沟通，创新，解决问题，培训，领导力等能力
Skills of planning, understanding, judgment - decision making, ability to persuade, creativity, problem solving, coaching and training, leadership abilities.
5、掌握行业内的最新规范
To grasp the essence of new information relating to works, transmitting in Plant/ division for solving task
6、了解本专业有关的规范、规程和标准
