职位描述：
This position requires the individual with a mix of technology, real estate and analytical skill sets and to have experience within the real estate market, working knowledge including financial modeling and market study and an understanding of basic accounting concepts. Prior experience within a real estate fund manager, property management, and valuation or property development environment is highly desired. The role will play an integral part in supporting the 3 projects in China. The role entails performing multiple functions including detailed financial analysis, modeling, reporting and research.

Desired Skills and Experience
? 3-5 years of experience in relevant real estate investment and/or development experience in China, preferably with property funds, investment banks or developers
? Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Software, especially Excel and PowerPoint
? Strong analytical, research and communication skills
? Fluent in Mandarin and English is a must
