Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for new product development, involving concept design, detailed design, tolerance stack analysis, FEA analysis, mold flow analysis and DFMEA

2. Responsible for new technology, new material and new trend study.

3. Review the design and product specification with customer

4. Responsible for product drawing, specification and ECN/ECR release

5. Review the tool design and responsible for DFM report

6. FAI and sample review, also tool approval

7. Review the build report, work with cross function team to solve problem and optimize product design

8. Responsible for technical communication with supplier and work together with other team for supplier audit

9. Specify the reliability test specification and review the test result.

10. Specify the material spec

11. Review the packaging design with IE and release packaging drawing and spec

12. Co-work with other designers in ATE or CATE

13. Technical support for marketing and sales

Job Requirements

1.Master or bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or related

2.At least three years working experience in connector areas, familiar with industrial connector will be a plus

3.3D design experience, Pro/E

4.Familiar with GD&T and tolerance stack, can do basic tolerance stack analysis

5.Familiar with stamping, molding, die casting and plating process and technology

6.Basic project management skill

7.Good team work spirit, good communication skil

8.Honest, active and diligent
