General Tasks:
Leading:
Report to FC.
Developing:
Continue develop the performance and power by training and self-check.
Outlook:
Assure good outlook of the responsible area

Special Tasks:
Check the monthly reclassification between US GAAP and China GAAP
GRIR and GRNI tracking with purchasing clerk and warehouse
Monthly and annual end closing participation. Make sure all modules are closed and extended to next period.
Monthly FI reports preparation and analysis,especially the reports relating cost and profit, gross margin
Annual budget and quarterly rolling forecast participate
Budget and rolling forecast tracking during implementation and prepare analysis to US and GM
Accrue and amortize proper expenses monthly,including
Cost related vouchers posting
Check and approve AP application
Supporting audit firm for year end audit and track on the result
Lead and join in monthly physical stock take
Cost and gross margin analysis. Base on the variance between actual and standard cost a detailed analysis report must be generated timely . This report will help technical engineer and production departments in further production and design procedure.
Monthly cash flow forecast for leader team`s reference&decision
FA&intangible asset application support. FA booking in SAP,including posting, depreciation calculation, new FA setting up in SAP, month end closing,etc 举报 分享
