1 Devise/adapt/implement quality control system, standards and procedures on input materials and products according to customers’ requirements
建立、修改及实施质量管理体系、标准及程序，依据客户要求，对投产的原料及产品进行质量检查
2 Ensure that QC inspectors strictly carry out and execute the set-up standards in their daily quality control practices
督促并确保质检员在日常质量管理中严格遵守并执行已建立的质量标准
3 Train outsourcing factories and suppliers about the company’s requirements for input materials and finished products
培训外协工厂及供应商，使他们了解公司对原料及产成品的质量和规格等要求
4 Monitor outsourcing factories’ production status, control quality and schedule. Evaluate and review quality performance and discuss on improvements with outsourcing factories on a regular basis
监管外协产品的生产情况，控制质量和进度；定期评估和检视外协工厂的产品质量以及探讨改善的方法
5 Inspect production prior to shipping to check compliance with established quality control standards and specifications, carton marking, documentation, labeling and packing
交货前检查产品是否符合客户对质量标准、技术参数、箱唛、文件编制、标签和包装等要
6 Complete and submit QC records and inspection reports accurately in ENGLISH on time and in accordance with established procedures
及时完成并提交英文质量检查记录以及报告
7 Set up and manage the QC team efficiently in its daily operations
管理质量团队，确保各项日常工作高效地开展
8 Keep a tight work relation with other departments like customer service / R&D / production
and be able to make timely decisions when balancing the company’s costs and interests
与客户服务部、研发部、生产部门保持紧密的配合，在平衡公司的成本和利益时，有决断力

Job Requirements 任职要求

1 Bachelor's Degree or higher in Quality Control/ textile engineering major or related discipline
本科或以上学历，质量管理或纺织工程等相关专业
2 At least 7 years’ experience in Quality control with more than 3 years experience in managment
七年以上质检工作经验，其中三年以上质检部门管理经验
3 Good knowledge in textile types of quality standards. A working experience in a foreign company shall be an addition
具备丰富的纺织品质量标准知识，有外企工作经验优先
4 Thorough knowledge of International Standard ISO 9001 is preferred, plus certified Six
Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) or Certified Quality Manager (CQM) is additional. Knowledge of manufacturing / quality technologies/ quality improvement tools and techniques will be good
有国际质量体系ISO9001经验、六西格玛黑带认证或注册质量经理优先考虑；对生产、质量技术、质量改进工具和方法有一定的了解
5 Effective verbal and written communication skills both in Chinese and English
英文听说读写能力良好，良好的中英文沟通能力
6 Strong common sense / Investigative and analytical mind / Irreproachable ethic and integrity / High sense of responsibility and ability to perform well under pressure / Team work spirit
具备常识、探究及分析的能力、人品端正、诚信、勇于承担责任以及抗压能力、团队精神
7 Good understanding of industrial processes and products / solid understanding of sourcing methods and practices / good understanding of costs structure and quality related issues
