职位描述：
SCOPE AND IMPACT OF POSITION ON THE ORGANIZATION:

? Ensure and improve customer satisfaction by managing customer related quality issues, being present at customer’s plant as direct contact partner, equipped with product- and system knowledge and test equipment.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Clarification of upcoming claims in front of the customer and / or transfer those immediately to the responsible WABCO quality organisation
? Handling of 0-KM claims
? Handling of field claims,(warranty claim information and invoice collection and field parts return to CIC,)
? Customer update on claims resolution and final feedback
? Tracking of claims handling and regular reporting
? Support PRP and CQ leader
? Support CRM/CPM in daily customer interaction

EXPERIENCE:

? Minimum 5 years experiences in commercial

PROFILE:

? Product knowledge and technical skills
? Experience in quality management
? Good communication skills
? Deep customer knowledge
? English at written level
? Willingness to travel and/or to relocate close to customers’ plants, high flexibility

METRICS:

? PRP cycle time (timely feedback to CQ/VS PQ/SQL/CIC within 24 hours)
? Customer satisfaction assessment from customer SQE(2 times per year)
