工作职责：
? Adherence to HR Policies, communication and implementation to the production team

? Collecting and arranging daily production data into KPI formats for analysis of scrap, waste and downtime
? 收集每日生产数据，将其整理为关键绩效指标格式，并分析报废，浪费和停机情况
? Monitoring Team performance with relevant KPIs and directing training resource to improve where possible
? 根据关键绩效指标评估团队表现并根据需要提供培训以改善不足
? Providing regular performance reports based on KPI data.

? Allocating manpower according to business needs

? Maintaining the production area’s required level of housekeeping

? Continually monitor efficiency levels of the plant and to create and institute plans to increase efficiency and productivity whenever possible

? Responsible for frequent communication with heads of other departments to ensure that all efforts of the manufacturing company are coordinated and complementary

任职要求：
Proven success in a similar role in a high volume, highly automated, multinational manufacturing facility for no less than 2 years
有不少于2年在高效，高自动化，跨国公司担任同种类型工作的成功经验。
Specific experience with Injection moulding and/or high speed metal stamping and forming
有注塑机(工艺参数调整)和/或高速金属冲压/成型模具工作经验者优先
Knowledge of coil slitting process.
