>Oversee order obtainment and commercial/ operational activities with an aim to achieve business targets
>Develop and maintain distribution network, that involves appointing and managing distributors’ performance
>Design and control about the flow of WABCO product and pricing practices within responsible region
>Manage customer accounts and being the focal contact points of WABCO
>Plan and implement marketing & sales support initiatives
>Summarize and report on market intelligence collection
>Be responsible for the development of service center, key fleets and end users activities in the region
>Supervise and develop local team members to create talent pool for WABCO
>Identify and recommend local business growth opportunities
>Manage and control local activities and organization budget
>Implement strategic initiatives in the assigned region

 

>5 years or above working experiences in sales in foreign company
