职位描述：
Job description:

1. Process engineering, be responsible for production line layout design, tools design new equipment and moulds selection and sourcing, create and maintain production process and process improvement
2. Be responsible on routings setting and maintenance, SOP creation and improvement, technical instruction and support for production line to make sure smoothly production.
3. Continuously kaizen activities by means of lean approach, production line trouble shooting
4. Rework process management, TM design & process management, process training to operators.
5. Plant facility engineering as required
6. Cost cutting
7. Some R&D job assigned temporary


Requirements:
- Graduated from formal university, majored in Refrigeration or Mechanical designing
- With at least 2 years working experience for R&D, Technical Methods, and the relative technical job in the same or similar business or other relative business.
- Good understanding and communication capability, and good team spirit.
- Good for listening, reading, and writing in English. The people with good spoken English could be considered in priority.
- Familiar with all the necessary software to work with computer
- Has basic knowledge about MAP system 举报 分享
