工作职责：

1. Based in Shenzhen, the candidate will be responsible for the delivery and coordination of software development projects and coaching of the Shenzhen based Program management Team.

2. Facilitates all aspects of projects, works with all project constituents, to set program level deadlines, clarify responsibilities, resolve project issues, monitor and report progress.

3. Facilitates all release and iteration planning activities, including user story prioritization and sequence, estimation, daily scrums, iteration end metrics, showcase and feedback.

4. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status and risks of projects.

5. Engages in escalation as appropriate.

6. Designs, socializes and introduces new reporting mechanisms and practices as needed, that apply and translate to a global scale.

7. Coaches the team in continuous improvement and refinement of pragmatic practices that produce results using Agile development methodologies and other techniques.

8. Encourages and empowers the team to self-organize

9. Promotes leadership by inclusion and servant leadership values.

职位要求：

1. Knowledge and experience of Agile/Lean methodologies is essential.

2. Experience in coordination between teams with variable adoption of Agile practices.

3. Must have strong team-building and influencing skills, a detail-oriented disposition and clear, concise communication skills.

4. Must have a solid understanding of the technologies and used in software development.

5. Experience working effectively with a Global and cross-cultural team a must.

6. Experience working in a highly automated development environment leveraging automated testing, build and metrics dashboards highly desirable.

7. Understanding of traditional program and project management methodologies desirable.

8. Hands-on technical experiences a plus.

9. Management experience and situational leadership practitioner.
