职位描述：
1. Mass Production Import Material Planning and stock review
量产进口材料采购计划及库存控制。
2. Mass production and prototype order release for importation and SAP R3 schedule line input, and SAP GR for TRN parts.
量产及试制阶段进口材料采购及 SAP R3系统中下到货计划，及TRN库收货
3. Daily communication with the oversea suppliers
与海外供应商保持良好的日常沟通
4. To transfer the NCR report to the suppliers and KPI
转交NCR报告给供应商并完善KPI
5. Monitor import material on-time arrive to ASA
监督和控制进口材料及时到货
6. Import adhesive buy for other plant and cost review and delivery arrangement
为其他工厂代购进口胶水，成本复核和交货安排
7. Shipment Arrangement (importation) and tracking with the forwarder
进口材料运输安排及追踪
8. Payment account balance with the suppliers and FA department
供应商及财务部账务协调
9. Customs clearance arrangement and payment for the duty, VAT, sea freight and local charge.
清关安排及相关税金，运费，报关费用请款及资料准备
10. BMW prototype & COP-Test parts exportation and payment tracking
BMW试制件及COP测试件出口安排及单证及收款追踪
11. Order receiving for export business, prepare the documents for customs application.
出口业务订单接收及报关单证准备
12. Document in file, keep & update.
文档文件保存及更新

Job Requirements岗位任职资格
1. Healthy eyes; body height reach 150 cm，should not beyond 50 years old.
视力良好,身高到达150公分，年龄不超过50周岁
2. Perfect education is collage degree, minimum is senior middle school
***学历大专,最低高中文化
3. Perfect working experience is 2 years，minimum no working experience
***工作经验2年，最低无工作经验要求
4. Be qualified to work until been given the safety training from the plant
经过厂级安全教育培训后方能上岗
