A. Responsibility
? Work out sales plan and budget, achieve Sales Goal.
? Develop new customers to sellmore Amphenol connectors and cable assembly.
? Handle Customers’ Inquiry, Bidding, Quotation, Order/Contract.
? After sales service management: manage technical supporting, quality issues’ treating, complaints’ calming down etc. promptly and effectively.
? Promote product and expand Amphenol popularity: Company introduction, Product training, product recommendation,customized product’s developing idea etc.
? Marketing information: map out existing and potential competitors and know market dynamics and trend; communicate with marketing team for potential sales opportunity; sharemarketing informationand new product’s developing idea/suggestion.
? Make sure to collect Account Receivable timely.
? Maintain good relationship with customers.
? Submit periodic report to summarize /improve sales performance.
? B. Capability request
? Technique background, Scientific or engineering bachelor.
? Working experience 3~5 years in similar industrial or Automotive field.
? Familiar with sales channel or potential customers, is preferred.
? Good negotiation and presentation skill.
? Written English is a MUST.
? Teamwork spirit, active, energetic, open mind, good communication ability.
? Willing to take challenge and can work under high pressure.
