Job Responsibilities

1. Lead Operation Support Team development including script writing, data setup and test automation

2. Support process changes / drive process improvements in the testing environment

3. People management: hiring, performance evaluation, coaching, development

4. Build a strong process / system expertise in the team

5. Oversee analysis of complex functional and business requirements

6. Demonstrate leadership, and exert influence outside of immediate team

7. Manage multiple projects within specified budget

8. Demonstrate close cooperation with Capability / Process / IT teams

Qualifications

1. Ability to manage diverse team

2. Proven people Management skills

3. Knowledgeable about business-to-customer relationships

4. High-level understanding of business requirements and environment.

5. Advanced understanding of Software Test methodologies, and an expert in testing tools

6. Ability and interest to work in a complex and multi-cultural / multi-lingual business environment

7. Strong leadership, team player, project management and facilitation skills

8. Diplomacy skills with sufficient credibility to negotiate & communicate with diverse stakeholders and support teams

9. Good verbal and written communication skills, influencing skills and the ability to work effectively in a geographically dispersed team

10. Well developed listening and documentation skills

11. Fluency in Mandarin and English

12. Previous business experience (4-5 years).
