职位描述：
Purpose of the role:
Research and Development of PVC foam. Trouble shoot, improve, PVCell product line from formulation, material, process, and cost points.
Product expert for certifications, customer qualifications, and NC response.

Scope & Relationships:
Scope of work involves formulation, process parameters, raw materials, related to PVCell production. Also involves testing and qualification of PVCell material.
Works closely with Process Engineering, Production, Quality and purchasing.

Main Responsibilities:
Key product specialist to maintain and improve PVCell product line. Formulation development, raw material qualifications, process settings, material testing.

Experience:
Minimum 1 year experience with PVC foams, or 3 years experience in related field (PU, PVC, plastic foams).
Minimum 1 year experience with analytical instruments, and materials testing.

Qualifications:
University Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science.

Personal Profile:
Organized and clean. Ability to analyze data. Self motivating and positive attitude.
