General Tasks:

Continue develop the performance and power by training and self-check .
Outlook:
Assure good outlook of the responsible area
Special Tasks:
Compare VAT filing report VS finance book.
GRIR and GRNI tracking with purchasing clerk and warehouse
Monthly and annual end closing participation. Make sure all modules are closed and extended to next period.
Monthly reconciling of the petty cash, banks,bank note
Support monthly FI reports preparation and analysis,especially to US reporting line and tax bureau reports
Payment to suppliers and employees base on the approval,including RM payment and reimbursement fee
Join in monthly physical stock take
Support monthly cash flow forecast preparation
VAT&VAT refund tax filing and documents management
New bank account setting or closing issues. New business licenses update support. Foreign currency exchange into CNY case by case.Routine payment transactions 举报 分享
