工作职责：
岗位职责：
–   深层次理解用户，分析理解他们的习惯和偏好，给出最佳的产品设计和流程方案
–   完成产品构架，理解产品核心需求和价值点，独立完成产品原型设计
–   建立交互规范，完成交互规范或者PRD撰写，跟进后期设计与开发进程
–   分析数据，分析页面数据及用户研究给出产品迭代建议

任职要求：
–   本科及以上学历，2年以上UE设计经验，对于用户体验有深入理解
–   有web或mobile & app交互设计经验，能够提供两个以上完整产品案例
–   理解产品思路和业务逻辑，独自完成高品质的界面和友好的体验设计
–   对用户体验和易用性有敏锐的把握能力
–   具备良好的沟通和理解能力
–   加分项：文案能力+交互细节有深入见解

Information Architecture (UX/UE):
Responsibility:
– Finish the product prototype independently base on the PRD or MRD
– design product information architecture, and build interaction standard
– analysis the user habit, design user flow and find the best solution
– analysis the data and feedback, give a optimize proposal
– finish the interaction standard and PRD, check and test the output from design and developer
Basic Qualifications:
– Bachelor degree or above，2+ years experience on UX design, deeper understand user experience, user requirement and product value.
– experience on web & app & responsive design, can apply 2 complete product case
– Understand product ideas and business logic, alone to complete high quality \ interface and user-friendly design
– On the user experience and ease of use have acute sense of reading ability
