KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
? Ensure the facilities are prepped and ready for inbound productions
? Works closely with Client Services during building handover procedures with production representative
? Ensure efficient and effective functionality of all production areas
? Monitor all on site activities and report any concerns to Head of Production Services
? Actively contribute as a key member of the WSQ team

RESPONSIBILITIES/ DUTIES
? Ensure the facilities are prepped and ready for inbound productions
I. Stage and workshop areas are clean and equipment has been checked
II. IT and telecoms requests have been submitted and actioned
III. Furniture placement is in line with production expectation
IV. Parking signs are in position
V. Liaise with security to ensure Studio ID badges are issued and access is programmed correctly
VI. Meets with productions regularly and is integrated into the production activities.
VII. Appropriately assigns stage manager team to support shows, stage activities and backlot productions.


RESPONSIBILITIES/ DUTIES (cont’d)
Perform building handover procedures with production representative
I. Walk through soundstages, check and record soundstage condition and

IV. Liaise with WSQ Safety department to perform safety induction with production representative
V. Submit key request form to security manager, sign out keys to production representative and maintain Hot Lock List.
? Ensure efficient and effective functioning of all production areas
? Once production finishes
I. Alert IT, Client Services and Telecom department that production has finished so services can be disconnected and billing is adjusted
II. Participate with Client Services, as needed, on walk-throughs for all buildings with production representative and cross reference original check list and record any damages
III. Alert Facilities Operations team of any repairs that need to be completed and alert Client Services
IV. Send internal email alerting WSQ staff that the production has finished so access cards can be cancelled, billing finalized etc.
? Actively contribute as a key member of the WSQ team

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED
? Fluent in English and Chinese
? 3+ years' experience in a related sector
? Excellent communication skills
? Ability to multitask
? A solid understanding of the production process
? Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a constantly changing environment
EDUCATION (OR EQUIVALENT) AND WORK EXPERIENCE
? Bachelor degree or above
? Over 2 years devoted to film industry
