职位描述：
岗位职责：
执行总部市场的营销计划，完成区域市场业绩考核指标，并保障学校完成整体招生指标
1、预计下月整体成本投入：包括场地、人员工资、宣传品、渠道公关、活动等预算，结合推广排班表，制定“主管预计排期表”
2、每日进行中心业绩、推广业绩完成情况统计，发送主管日报表
3、考核区域（对应中心）推广点的开拓
4、考核区域（对应中心）督导日常工作的监督指导，督导的招聘、培训
5、根据月度市场推广目标，合理分配预算，制定区域推广计划，并分解回单到访目标
6、开发新的推广渠道，并维护现有推广渠道关系
7、月初根据每日督导报表、有效到访与现场签约情况，计算上月推广工资与奖金，并于5号前计算完毕
8、定期参加区域会议、销售会议，了解需求，配合销售部门工作，不断完善推广目标客户定位
9、协助中心主任完成中心业绩指标和其它事物
10、完成阶段总结与分析，统计考核区域（对应中心）的市场推广投入产出等情况，提出改善性建议
11、配合总部市场部的工作，构思推广主题、开发新营销模式
12、完成总部市场部安排的其它工作。

任职资格：
1、大专以上学历，有一定管理经验者优先；
2、1年以上外场推广或销售经验，有较强的沟通能力及抗压能力；
3、较强的团队协作意识与执行能力；
4、有较强的协调和处理问题能力；
