职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、根据中心年度销售目标，协助管理层制订中心月度销售目标及计划；
2、根据中心月度销售目标，对销售计划的完成过程进行指导、监控和调整；
3、分析中心销售数据，统计业绩完成、客户类型和需求等情况；
4、协同中心各部门（客服、教学、市场）处理学员的投诉问题，收集学员的意见，确保学员满意度；
5、协同教学等部门维护好与学员的关系，确保客户报名后得到优质的服务并完成学习；
6、有效、及时地开展团队建设工作；
7、负责对团队成员进行培训、指导、提升、管理和监控；
8、关注团队成员状态，及时调整，使团队保持良好的工作状态；
9、确保团队成员的数量和质量，并对直接下级进行考核、激励，为业务发展培养和储备人才；
10、结合工作经验，积极对业务改进、能力提升、流程完善等方面提出需求和建议；
11、配合校区团队工作，实现个人与团队价值的共同提升；
12、完成上级领导交办的其他或临时工作。

任职资格:
1、大专及以上学历，掌握一定的销售管理理论；
2、具有极强的工作责任感、忠诚度及坚韧不拔的毅力和耐心，高度的职业操守；
3、具有敏锐的洞察力、应变能力、创造性思维；
4、具有果断的决策风格、优秀的沟通协调能力，以及稳健的管理能力；
5、身体健康，无不良工作记录；
6、有2年以上销售管理或相关业务管理经验，有咨询行业经验者优先。
