1 Understand the product standards and relevant technical specification , understand the company's existing equipment processing method , learning related products existing machining process and machining process 理解产品标准和相关技术规范，了解公司现有设备加工方法，学习相关产品现有机械加工工艺和加工流程
2 Assist quality department continues to improve processing technology , improve product quality , improve production efficiency , reduce production costs 协助质量部门持续完善加工工艺，提高产品品质，提高生产效率，降低生产成本
3 Training equipment operators and correct maintenance and operation equipment , tooling , workshop equipment , ensure the normal operation of production line 培训设备操作人员并正确维护并操作设备、工装、配备工位器具，确保生产线正常运行
4 Responsible for equipment installation and debugging 负责工装的安装与调试
5 To ensure that the products of the company's technical documents of accurate , complete and unified . 确保公司产品的技术文件的准确、完整、统一。
6 Assist in compiling technology supervisory process documents , operation standard book file 协助工艺主管编制技术工艺文件、作业标准书等工艺文件

Requirement岗位要求
1 Mechanical design manufacturing and automation , mechanical and electrical integration professional , automotive and other related professional college or above , 3 years or above related working experience 机械设计制造及其自动化、机电一体化专业，汽车专业等相关专业专科及以上学历，3年以上相关工作经验；
汽车行业、机加工等类似行业经验丰富者学历不限"
2 Basic English skills in speaking and writing is preferred 基本的英语读写能力
3 Familiar with Siemens numerical control system 熟悉西门子数控系统
4 For nc cutter have a certain understanding 对数控刀具有一定的了解
5 Bear hardships and stand hard work with a sense of responsibility, obey the lead ship 吃苦耐劳、能适应加班/倒班工作
