职位描述：
工作职责:
1.接待到访客户，高效完成每月既定销售目标；
2.引导在读学员推荐新客户；
3.维护潜在客户数据库，保持与潜在客户的良好沟通与联系；
4.协助教学跟进学员学习情况，提高学员满意度；
5.及时提交工作日记、工作计划和销售日报：
6.定期参加会议和培训；
7.完成上级交给的其他工作。

职位要求:
1.本科及以上学历，普通话标准,热爱英语教育事业；
2.个性主动，思维敏捷，热衷销售工作，强烈的销售意识，愿意挑战高薪；
3.良好的沟通能力和技巧，善于观察,能够提出问题，并简单准确表达观点；
4.良好的解决问题的能力；
5.具备合作精神，乐观的态度，良好的服务意识，信任感，高度的职业操守和责任感；
6.能够在压力环境下高效完成工作任务；
7.2年以上销售工作经验，1年以上相关行业背景，优先考虑。
