职位描述：
1. Understand the cost structure very well. Negotiate and develop the suppliers to keep the
cost competitive. Accomplish the cost reduction goal.

2. Provide the good supplier resource to the new design and project. Follow the sample purchase,
tooling building and test progress.

3. Analyze and maintain knowledge of material market trends and contribute ideas to the
supplier development strategy.

4. Any other work supporting the internal departments, such as R&D, quality, logistics.

REQUIREMENTS 要求

Education & qualification 教育和资历
Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering is preferred

Experience 经验
More than 1 year's experience in sourcing or supplier development.
New graduates can be considerred if showing the strong communication skill and high responsibility.

Special skills, language or personality 特殊技能
Good communication and negotiation skill. High responsibility and integrity.
