工作职责:
–   与客户讨论需求，规划产品方向、功能设计以及业务流程梳理
–   可以独立完成竞品分析，用户研究及业务模式规划
–   制定产品规范，完善产品文档，跟踪，配合交互，设计，技术执行
–   撰写产品规划、总结方案，并向客户阐述和沟通
–   参加项目竞标

任职要求 :
–   本科及以上学历，3年及以上产品工作经验，对于产品和业务有深入理解
–   有独立产品规划经验，能够提供两个以上从市场分析到产品执行完整案例
–   有大局观，可以在复杂的约束条件下找到平衡或创新的方法
–   具有较强的逻辑分析能力，对数据敏感
–   可以独立完成大型网站及系统设计
–   良好的团队合作和表达能力，善于沟通
–   加分项：解决问题能力+创新精神

Product Planner(Manager Level)
Responsibilities:
- meet the customer demand, product orientation, function design and business process
- can be finish competing analysis independently, model of user research and business planning
- develop product specification, perfect product documentation, tracking, interaction, design, technical implementation
-- write product proposal, summary, and communication with the customer
- project bidding
Basic Qualifications:
- bachelor degree or above, 3+ years working experience in product, for the product and have a deep understanding of business
- have an independent product planning experience, can provide two or more products from market analysis to perform complete case
-diligent, can be found under the constraints of complex balance or innovative approach
- has strong logic analysis ability, sensitive to data
- can achieve large sites and system design
- good team work and presentation skills, good at communication
