1. HSE体系
- 协助完善HSE相关体系、制度与流程，并保存相关记录和文件。
- 协助开展HSE委员会的相关活动，如召开月度HSE会议等。
- 实施HSE定期检查和监测，督促并追踪整改及预防措施，定期提交报告。
- 组织事故调查并向经理/主管提供纠正/预防措施的建议。
- 编辑、分析及解释与职业疾病及事故相关的统计数据。
- 协助HSE经理制定年度HSE厂级培训计划，负责组织和协调实施计划。
2. 职业卫生与健康
- 对所有必要的岗位协调组织实施职业卫生监测。监测应包括（但不限于）：空气质量、噪音水平、化学品暴露等。
- 协助安排特殊岗位的职业健康体检。
3. 安全
- 对与安全生产运行有重要关联的施工、维修、用火、危化品管理等进行安全监督和检查。
- 与业务部门一起进行风险评估：为公司每个职位确定恰当的工程/行政控制方法及个人防护用品，并监督使用情况。
- 负责管理特种作业及特种设备，负责特种设备及作业的上岗资质管理。
- 协助组织实施消防及紧急疏散演习。
- 负责消防系统的日常检查和定期检测。
4. 环境
- 识别环境因素，协助确立环境目标指标。
- 做好“三废”的处理。
- 监督完成环境审核中不符合项的纠正和预防措施。
5. 其他
- 协助各部门对供应商、承包商进行安全管理，并提供安全培训及监督。
- 负责公司对安监局、消防局、环保局等安全环境相关单位的联络。
- HSE行为合规的良好榜样。
- 跟进所有HSE改善行动状况的,和HSE经理每周总结。
- 指导各部门HSE执行并提供有效技术支持。
- 完成上级临时分配的其它工作。

The Joint venture contracts have been signed in Laibin on March 29th 2006, the 2nd phase of expansion is finished now, with 470 employees. The main use of In stant Dry Yeast is bread making, Mantou making, alcohol, rice and wine brewage. The main applications of Yeast Extract is flavoring for instant noodles, sauces, chicken powder and ingredients for Biotechnology industries.
