岗位职责：
*通过电话销售，获得客户订单（订单的获取、报价的跟进等）
*通过电话，跟进现有客户，开拓新客户
*管理部门10名以上中心营业职员的团队
岗位要求：
Must
*大专以上学历，32-38岁
*日语沟通熟练 (1级相当）
*团队管理经验3年以上(10人以上）
*良好的沟通能力、性格开朗、有责任感、耐压力强以及团队合作精神
*电脑操作熟练
*电话的沟通技巧和能力
*具有在呼叫中心工作的经验
