Responsibilities:

1.To implement the supplier evaluation and quality issue solving;

2.To handle customer claim;

3.To make sure the finished goods conform to our technique standard;

4.To judge whether we can accept nonconformity finished goods by concession or not when there is minor nonconformity beyond internal specification;

5.To improve product quality continuously with the input from process capability analysis, FMEA, customer feedback, etc;

6.To coordinate other departments to solve the quality problem on the production line;

7.To take action to avoid repeatability of problem;

8.To support to complete the internal and external quality and / or system audit;

9.To request to have and follow up the corrective action request concerning the product in charge.

Requirements:

1.University degree or above, engineering background, mechanical preferred;

2.At least 2 years working experience as Quality Engineer in multinational manufacturing companies, automotive industry is preferred;

3.Professional knowledge about product quality control;

4.Solid experience and knowledge on welding products and process in production is preferred;

5.Knowledge on QS9000, VDA6.1, or ISO/TS16949 quality system;

6.Good statistic knowledge as well as APQP, PPAP, FMEA;

7.Good communication and coordination skill;

8.Team spirit;

9. Good English on oral and write will be an advantage;

10.Good PC skills.
