Job Description of Purchasing Department 采购部工作职责

1. Responsible for supplier sourcing and development. (Audit, etc…).
2. Responsible for current supplier management .

3. Support localization activity.

4. Responsible for supplier contracts.

5. In charge of the cost saving from suppliers side.

6. Responsible for direct and non-direct material purchasing.

7. Responsible for technical, quality and delivery issue from supplier.

8. Getting from the market to share marketing information about new material and new technology related to company business.

9. Responsible for purchasing document management.

10. Responsible for seting up and maintaining purchasing procedure and working instruction.

11. Reporting to shareholders, according to the request.

12. Responsible for department budget (investment, expenses, resources).

13. Other jobs related to puchasing.
