Accountability Objective:
1. Effectively manage the World Class Manufacturing program in the region, driving Business Excellence, Lean Six Sigma culture across Performance Plastics manufacturing organization. Responsible for achieving the SOA and regional financial objectives through the completion of cost reduction projects at multiple manufacturing facilities (8-16 plants per region), identify and lead business improvement initiatives supporting the SGPPL WCM objectives. Develop and support WCM training curriculum for WCM Black Belts, WCM Green Belts and WCM Yellow Belts, train and coach the Black Belts and Green Belts at the plants.
2. Manage the EHS area within PPL Asia.

Nature of Scope:

1. WCM part:

? Deliver significant operational improvement and financial benefit across assigned SGPPL manufacturing organization.
? Align World Class Manufacturing initiative and project objectives to business strategy, and prioritize projects.
? Act as change agent to instill Lean Six Sigma and TPM culture throughout the organization
? Recruit talent and identify centralized efforts to develop and deliver training and certify WCM Black Belts.
? Train, coach and develop Black Belt and Green Belt resources assigned to projects related to Lean Six Sigma tools and methodology.
? Provide leadership and coordination to major improvement projects.
? Provide problem resolution point of contact for Black Belts and Green Belts to offer technical or professional expertise.
? Collaborate with the peers to share best practices.
? Integrate best practices into WCM training curriculum.
? Train WCM Black Belts, WCM Green Belts and project teams.
? Coach site management in various WCM topics
? Lead multiple process improvement teams towards safety, risk prevention, low cost maintenance, manufacturing cost reduction, defect reduction, cost avoidance, loss reduction or revenue enhancement
? Partner with WCM leaders at the sites to develop, install and monitor a business process management system, including measurement tracking, reporting and correlation analysis
? Facilitate quality and change management processes; identify customer needs and key drivers to reach customer satisfaction goals with financial benefit
? Monitor service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and project delivery to ensure benefits are realized
? Offer technical expertise and guidance in project reviews.
? Ensure open communication throughout all levels of the organization.

2. EHS part:
- Assist sites with implementation of key SG safety standards using examples of PPL best practices. Programs include LOTO, Working at Height, Machine Guarding, Management of Sub-Contractors, Powered Industrial trucks (forklifts, etc.).
- Assist with development and roll out of PPL safety standards (for similar processes).
- Help sites set-up TF4 &5 reporting system and show demonstrate good examples of trend analysis
- Analyze set up activities related to Bearing forming equipment and highlight hand injury risks and develop actions to eliminate risks. Share the "lessons learned" with other sites in A/P region.

requirements:

? Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred
? Master Black Belt Certification preferred
? 5 years of experience in Lean or Six Sigma, with a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Master Black Belt in a manufacturing organization.
? Be familiar with the EHS area.
? Completion of multiple operational and/or transactional-related projects with demonstrated success and financial results manufacturing or service
? Technical competency in Lean Six Sigma skills: TPM, DMAIC, DFSS, Lean, Kaizen/Work-out, process management, change management and advanced statistical techniques
? Experience coaching and delivering training at all levels of an organization
? Strong Lean experience
