职位描述
主要职责:
1.Responsible for managing and developing all EHS activities within organization.
2.Defines EHS policies including the development of strategy, objectives, policies and programs to ensure compliance with SG group EHS policies/government regulations. 3.Responsible for maintain ISO14001 and OSHAS18001 EHS system
职责范围:
1.Manage EHS of overall plant, department budget, expenses.
2.WCM project: Pilar owner of EHS of WCM
主要工作结果(以时间百分比划分):
1. Develops and implements EHS policies and programs. 30%
2. EHS report, external and internal communication. 15%
3. Investigate, report and solve internal EHS accident. 10%
4. Onsite tour and audit. 30%
5. Employee EHS training. 15%
工作内容与范围:
1. Creates and audits environmental, health and safety policies, programs and practices for the site
2. Coordinates communications between the site and regulatory agencies as related to EHS matters
3. Assesses and addresses potential work hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
4. Ensures compliance with governmental and SG group and PPL group EHS requirements
5. Coordinates and / or conducts training for facility personnel as it concerns EHS matters
6. Becomes PPL expert in one functional EHS area as determined by plant manager
7. Manage personnel and mentor less experienced professionals.
8. Involves in and supports WCM projects
1. Bachelor degree in Engineering or other technical discipline;
2. Related experience in managerial position;
3.Familiar with EHS management;
4. Good team leader and customer-oriented, take the initiative, work proactively by coordinating and lead the team for problem solving;
5. Aggressive but mature, excellent communication skill and presentation attribute.
