Job requirements:
1. More than 1 year work experience.
2. English required to achieve CET-6. Good spoken English is preferred, working experience in overseas is preferred. The position requires good written and oral communication skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment.
3. Office MS application related experience, skilled in using PDF software, and other related office applications.
4. The work needs to communicate with foreign customers in a timely and effective manner, and flexible handling of all kinds of events.
5. Be able to adapt to the fast pace of foreign work environment, be able to be careful, and work under pressure.

Job description:
1. Be responsible for the maintenance of foreign customers, and effectively dealing with customer contracts, complaints and other related matters.
2. Skilled in team management and work coordination.
3. Providing the necessary services by mail, telephone, to help solve the problem of customers.
