职位描述：
一、销售业务经理：

岗位职责：

· 1、负责区域销售计划的制定与执行：根据公司的销售指标结合分管区域的市场特点分解并制定区域销售人员的具体销售目标；组织执行销售政策， 保证实现本区域的市场占有率和销售目标；

· 2、销售回款：确保货款顺利回收；对于有资信额度的客户要指导业务人员收集客户信息，评估客户的资信及对公司的重要程度，对客户资信额度的使用情况要随时跟进，确保在正常使用范围内。

· 3、销售费用控制：组织业务人员严格按照公司的费用指标完成销售任务；审核、控制并不断降低销售费用，保证完成公司的销售费用控制指标。

· 4、市场开发：根据销售部门的经营目标，配合市场部门组织实施本区域市场开发计划及具体的实施方案，促进公司及产品品牌的提升；了解客户需求动态，指导业务人员挖掘潜在客户，并对客户开发情况进行跟踪；以实现公司市场占有率不断增长的目标。

· 5、客户关系管理：根据公司业务发展需要，建立顺畅的客户沟通渠道；负责拜访本区域的重要客户，监督、检查销售人员对客户的定期访问情况，随时了解客户要求；及时处理客户异议和投诉，以提高客户满意度，建立长期、良好、稳固的区域客户关系。

· 6、售后服务：依据公司的售后服务规定及产品特点，通过与客户服务、技术等相关部门沟通，协助组织、协调所辖区域的到货、产品安装、技术支持、售后维修等工作，共同实现售后服务目标。

· 7、销售信息管理：组织业务人员收集本区域的产品市场行情变化及重要竞争对手的销售策略、市场策略等信息，并对信息进行分析，及时向相关部门提供建议；保证销售信息的及时性、准确性。

任职资格：

· 1、教育背景：本领域相关专业、经济管理、市场营销等相关专业本科及以上学历；

· 2、工作经验：五年以上轮胎销售经验，至少两年以上轮胎销售管理经验；

· 3、知识/技能：熟悉本行业的发展动态，熟悉本公司产品发展趋势、产品特点、竞争策略。具有较强的谈判技巧；具有较强的文字表达能力、管理能力和沟通协调能力。

4、素质要求：具有较强的影响力、领导能力，具有良好的职业素养和责任心。

二、销售业务代表：

岗位职责：

· 1、认真贯彻公司销售管理规定，努力提高自身业务素质。

· 2、确保完成销售业绩指标，为客户提供热情周到的服务，配合区域经理的工作。

· 3、办理各项销售业务工作。

· 4、负责与客户签订销售合同，督促客户如期正常履行合同，并催收应收款项。

· 5、对客户在销售和使用过程出现的问题、需办理的手续，联系相关部门进行妥善的处理。

· 6、收集一线销售信息和用户意见。

· 7、填写相关销售表格，提交销售相关数据和分析报告。

· 8、积极开发新客户，与客户建立良好的关系，不断开拓新的业务渠道。

· 9、积极完成上级领导交给的其他任务。

任职资格：

· 1、教育背景：本领域相关专业、经济管理、市场营销等相关专业本科及以上学历；

· 2、工作经验：两年以上轮胎销售经验；

· 3、知识/技能：熟悉本行业的发展动态，熟悉本公司产品发展趋势、产品特点、竞争策略。具有较强的谈判技巧合沟通能力。

· 5、开发市场有计划、有目标、有方法。

6、能够积极配合上级领导的工作。
