Responsibilities:
？ Identify and evaluate new business opportunities for Signode China in strapping market, focusing on Paper mills, or beverage industries.
？ Prepare and resent to our customers in a highly professional and ethical manner promoting product leadership in strapping system technology
？ Monitors market dynamics, including customer and competitor developments to develop business growth strategy and market penetration plan.
？ Identify customer needs and coordination of activity with Engineering / Operations
？ Maintain close liaison with sales performance and recommend appropriate product training and development plan for sales team.
？ Manage and maintain relationships with distributors and customers.


Qualifications:
？ Minimum of 5+ years selling/business development experience. Technical experience required。
？ Demonstrated sales and business development performance, with strong technical aptitude
？ Ability to develop product and new business development strategy
？ Ability to communicate both business and technical information to a variety of audiences
？ Problem solving skills, innovative
？ Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
？ Technical Bachelors degree preferred
？ Ability to speak, read and write English is a plus

？ 了解客户需求，协调工程技术部门以提供给客户最优服务。
？ 发展销售团队， 关注销售业绩
？ 管理销售渠道，发展良好的客户关系
职位要求：
？ 至少5年的销售或者业务开发经验,技术经验必需
？ 熟悉灌装或其他轻工业客户市场
？ 丰富的设备销售经验， 有整线解决方案经验者为佳
？ 问题解决能力和创新性
？ 独立工作的能力和团队合作的能力
？ 本科学历及以上，理工科背景
