职位描述
a) Account service
Take a leading role to manage key customers and maintain good relationship and get closer contacts with key person
Regularly visit and to understand client's need
Support and continue to grow up the filler and sleeve business
Follow-up the client requirement
Coordination between China office (Shanghai, Beijing and Suzhou), CBWE, CBEE and CBAS in sleeve ordering, technical issue, customer claim, etc.
b) New business development
Introduce new concept, new size, new product to break up new business opportunities
Provide comprehensive presentation to client if required
Search new business chance, introduce our product and service
c) Special assignments
Supply Research & Audit report and marketing information
Build up the relationship among client, pubic media, government, etc.
d) Others
Any other work assigned by Commercial Director and Business Development Director
? Bachelor degree in relative field, MBA would be a bonus.
? Preferably work in multinational FMCG beverage / dairy companies. Some experience in the packaging industry would be advantageous by not a must.
? Logical, strong analytical & problem-solving ability.
? Good planning and organizational skills - with proven ability to manage multiple projects / heavy workloads.
? Attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, demonstrates high level of initiative.
? Ability to work both independently or as part of a team.
? Good interpersonal & communication skills;
? Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese.
? Good presentation skills in both English & Chinese; familiar with MS Power-point, confident with handling large audiences.
? Ability to build relationships/ interact with customers at management level.
? Computer literate.
