职位描述：
Key responsibilities
一. Responsible for the project supervision in civil and mechanical fields
1.Assist the project manager to achieve project total control goals;
2.Familiar with construction technical specification, contract requirements, review the construction drawings;
3.Work content involves civil work, steel construction, ventilation, heating, electricity supply, lighting, fire-fighting, air piping, water supply and drainage, camera, dismantlement and relocation for production lines, etc.
4.Review material sample;
5.Check and ensure the reasonable resources devoted circumstance from contractors;
6.Strict process control in project implementation;
7.Responsible for defect rectification;
8.Collect completion data;
9.Professional working summary.
二. Focus on the project deliverables within timeline and budget
1.Works closely with the project manager to ensure all Submittals are submitted in accordance with the project schedule;
2.Works closely with the Project team and to ensure Submittals are reviewed and responded on a timely basis;
三. Focus on project in-field management
1.Supervise the in-field engineering activities of the Project;
2.Responsible for collecting and processing technical information between the contractors and the Project team;
3.Focal point for collecting and processing Correction Notices to the contractors;
4.Participate in all design issues to ensure the best working practices and constructability processes are used; 5.Ensure all the in-field activities complying with MCIQ HSSE policy, and local safety code;
6.Accurate and complete records construction log.

We are looking for a candidate with
1.bachelor degree or above,major in civil engineering; at least 5 years’ experience in construction project. Working experience in foreign company, and PMP certificate are preferred;
2.Good communication ability in English both of writing and speaking;.
3.Familiar with local and international code, standard regulation and its implementation;
4.Good computer, including CAD, MS Project, MS Office;
5.Good organizational and communication skills.
