Purpose of the Position:
Subject matter expert role that will lead the process of interpretation and integration of ReSource Pros brand, culture and corporate messaging through the development of training programs and tools for our internal service delivery teams. Set up client communication standards, monitoring process and related training materials for account managers and team leaders, and lead the implementation to ensure consistency.
Responsibilities:
1. Set up standards and monitoring process for legacy client communication, organize materials and delivery of training sessions for account managers and team leaders. Lead the implementation of each communication campaign or topic to ensure the messages are delivered in a consistent and effective manner. Monitor the message delivery and its effect for learning and future improvement.
2. Interpret company’s existing branding and marketing strategy to develop client communication process and collaterals, such as how to articulate and communicate our value proposition through monthly reporting and phone calls. Work with Service Delivery team closely to ensure the process and collaterals are practical and can resonate with different types of clients. Design and implement client feedback sessions to capture clients’ needs and integrate feedback into the internal communications aides and tools used by our Service Delivery teams.
3. Develop deep understanding of ReSource Pro’s business model, client base, market dynamics and company culture, and contribute to the interpretation and implementation of overall marketing messaging. Build a relationship with the marketing lead to ensure brand consistency.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above; marketing, finance or communication related majors are preferred
2. At least 5 years of experience in service industry focusing on operations, client relationship, or corporate messaging.
3. Strong communication skills
4. Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
5. Strategic and critical thinking
6. Excellent oral English and business writing skills
7. Basic office technology including MS Office, Visio, remote meeting tools
