职位描述：
Technical Support Engineer-Job Description:
1. Assist T&L sales team to select or replace product types, and support product testing in sales;
2. Provide replies to technical inquiries from customers;
3. Provide on-site technical service to customers, including pre-sale products demos, training and after-sale services (installation, commissioning, troubleshooting , certificate check and etc);
4. Responsible for inspection of products quality and analyze defects;
5. Provide internal /external technical trainings;
6. Co-work with other colleagues to achieve the team's goals whenever needed;
7. Others.
Work location: Qingdao
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or above, majored in electronics, industrial automation, machinery or related major.
- At least 2 years work experience after graduation.
- Experience with industry automation products/systems.Experience with ID, sensor products is preferred.Experience with T&L industry projects is preferred.
- Strong technical background in electronics equipments, automation products and industrial communication.
- Abilities to lead and carry out projects, manage customer needs.
- Project management experience is preferred.
- Good English ability in writing and reading, basic level in oral communication for work.
- Good communication skill and excellent expression; succeeding in finishing the training independently
- Good team player and having courage to innovating
