职位描述：
1， 熟练使用西门子触摸屏、PLC编程软件，欧姆龙触摸屏、PLC编程软件，三菱触摸屏、PLC编程软件，能够独立编程和根据生产需要调整程序；
2， 熟悉温度自动化控制；
3， 熟悉变配电操作规程；
4， 设备/设施资产管理，及时更新设备/设施台账和档案，编写设备/设施安全操作指导书；
5， 建立并维护标准化的设备/设施维护和操作方法，确保设备/设施良好地运行，持续降低设备/设施的停机；
6， 建立设备/设施预防维护计划，确保100％准时完成；
7， 监督与控制设备/设施备件用量，分析设备/设施零件失效模式，持续降低备件消耗；
8， 培训维修技术员,持续提高其预防维护和快速维修的技能；
9， 能够主导设备设施安装或改造项目；
10， 能够主导设备故障维修，分析故障原因，制定措施降低故障率，持续改进设备的OEE、Downtime等运行指标；
11， 参与公司EHS体系运行工作。
