职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Define assembly process/concepts under the consideration of lean production;
2. Create equipment basic requirement and specification base on the process and P-FMEA;
3. Develop concepts for technical equipment together with team numbers;
4. Review the equipment design and guarantee the equipment quality;
5. Lead and manage assembly line setting-up projects, including layout definition, P-FMEA, equipment setting-up tracing, documentation, acceptance, line release;
6. Support series production (e.g. trouble shooting, problem solving);
7. Lead/support continuous improvement activities (e.g. optimization of processes, improvement of ergonomics).


Requirement:
1. Master or Bachelor degree in manufacturing / mechanical engineering;
2. Adequate knowledge and a minimum of 5 years of practical experience in field of assembly technology, preferably in an international company;
3. Structured work style and experience in project management;
4. Initiative, creative, target-oriented, team work and communicative personality;
5. Good English skills & computer skills;
6. Good CAD skills, preferably SolidWorks (3D) 举报 分享
