职位描述：
Job Responsibility：
Cost and Inventory control
1) Responsible for costing accounting, valuation of finished goods, raw materials, work in process and consumable supplies.
2) Coordination of periodic physical inventory counts.
3) Periodic analysis and allocation product costing.
4) Periodic analysis inventory purchasing price variance, usage variance and
inventory adjustment.
1) Manage day to day in costing and inventory operation.
2) Posting inventory/costing transactions.
3) Set up transfer prices for products
4) Ensure all inventory detail transactions are interfaced to the general ledger
5) Prepare reconciliation of inventory valuation/transaction to general ledger on a regular basis.
6) Assist with preparation of end of month accounts, via posting of journals, input of expenditure accruals and reconciliations.
7) Ensure that inventory/costing operation comply with company procedure and policies, Accounting standard
8) Monthly Variance analysis
9) Monthly Sales & Margin analysis
10) Be responsible for the recovery rate preparation and labor efficiency analysis
CAPEX management
1) Regular fixed asset count
2) Maintenance of fixed asset tagging
3) Regular reconciliation of physical asset to fixed asset register
4) Review of depreciation , useful life with the business operations
5) Ensure all capital purchases are supported by approved MER
6) Review of actual cost versus approved MER
Reports and others
1) Preparation of monthly, quarterly management reports
2) Support the financial Controller to prepare the annual budget and quarterly forecasts
3) Monthly business review on related KPIs with the operation teams including P&L, overheads, manufacturing variance, quality costs and working capital etc.
4) Coach and train less experienced accounting team members and help them to resolve problems.

Experence Need:
Over 3-5 years working experience in a foreigner manufacturing company and at least 2 years’ experience on the role of cost accountant

Technical Requirements:
1) 3 - 5 years post qualification experience, preferably in manufacturing organisation
2) A good understanding of finance and computer systems
3) Sound knowledge andunderstanding of manufacturing business operations
4) Strong accounting, financial and analytical skills
5) ERP systems accounting knowledge
6)Able to develop and apply the right commercial and financial solutions
