Job Description
1.Support Proposal team for new Pre-FEED/FEED/EPCM/EPC projects bidding processes.
2.Lead all projects (EPCM, ESA and EPC) executed for various clients.
3.Preparation of Direct Cost Estimate, Budget, Manning /Project Schedule, Deliverable List, Site Survey and execution of Feasibility, Pre-FEED,FEED and EPCM Projects.
4.Plans, develops, coordinates and reviews engineering work within a discipline on projects of medium size and complexity or assignments in support of a global business unit.
5.Execute work in accordance with the applicable Project Procedures and Standards.
6.Coordinates and interfaces as directed with the day-to-day technical work of discipline engineers, scientists, specialists, designers and drafters.
7.Communicates complex technical issues and recommends solutions to upper management.
8.Facilitates technical discussions with third parties (client, suppliers, and regulators).
9.Develops Engineering design guides.
10.Coordinates with client representatives as delegated to obtain approval on phases of work.
11.Reviews and approves key engineering drawings and calculations and bid summaries.
12.Coordinates assigned engineering work with other project groups.
13.Mentors engineers, scientists, designers and drafters by providing appropriate on-the-job training for their professional development.
14.Promotes the creation of a work environment, supported by leadership, which fosters openness, trust, communication, teamwork, empowerment, innovation, and satisfaction.

JOB KNOWLEDGE
1.Education: Degree or Diploma in Chemical Engineering or relevant Engineering.
2.Experience：With at least 15 years’ Experience in Refinery / Petrochemical / Chemical /Power/Pharmaceutical Plant Projects.
3.Knowledge and extensive experience in Process Design & Detail Engineering, Project Engineering, Engineering Management & Co-ordination, Proposal/Tender/Bid Engineering, FEED Designs, EPC Projects, Pre-commissioning & Commissioning, leading various milestone reviews such as Process Safety and Design Reviews (PID/HAZOP/HAZID/Safety), safety case studies, asset integrity management, operation & production optimization, troubleshooting etc.
4.Knowledge and thorough experience in performing various simulations, analysis, design calculations, Process Simulation & Optimization, equipment, applications of methods, plant layout, materials, and computers for preparation of analyses and development of project deliverables within the discipline.
5.Knowledge and understanding of technical and cost issues related to selection of design features within the discipline.
6.Knowledge of engineering work planning and control methods.
7.Knowledge of precedents in the discipline and of principles and practices of related disciplines.
8.Knowledge of related construction practices and the economics involved.
9.Broad knowledge of industry/regulatory codes and standards, and design criteria pertinent to the particular discipline.
10.Working experience of various Process Software widely used in the OIL & GAS industry. 举报 分享
