1.work with HR dept to execute new staff training and cross training
与人事部一起组织和实施新员工培训，转岗培训
2.ensure the effectiveness of the trainging
确保培训的有效性
3.ensure the global W guideline is followed locally
确保总部WI规范在本地的有效执行
4.execute and control the local WI process
严格按照本地WI控制流程去实施和监控各部门WI
5.mentain the new staff information into the SAP production module
新员工组数据在SAP里的维护
6.Supervise production SAP confirm is correctly followed
监控和维护生产部门的SAP确认
7.basic report mentain
提供基本的报表维护
8.other jobs appointed by Supervisor
上级安排的其他工作项目
9.To carry out all duties according to Amann staff working instruction, and wear the work cloths , shoe and all kinds of labor protection appliance etc. as requested.
按公司安全生产规定要求操作,并按规定穿戴个人安全防护服，工作鞋及相关安全防护用品等
